Is my array design of interest based on consensus/exemplar sequence?
Probe sequences are selected from either a consensus or an exemplar sequence derived from the Affymetrix sub-clusters. The following table lists Affymetrix' array designs that involved sub-clustering, and includes the consensus/exemplar information:
