The NetAffx™ Analysis Center does not support spotted array users. The NetAffx Analysis Center is intended for users of GeneChip® arrays.

Because, our spotted array users are very important to us, we have generated many ideas for ways in which we could expand NetAffx Analysis Center to include spotted array support.
