Do I have to normalize my samples prior to starting this new 3' IVT Express Kit?
Yes, we have seen slight differences in the data when starting with 50ng vs. 500ng of the same total RNA. We would recommend normalizing the starting material so all samples have the same amount of RNA prior to starting the protocol.
