IGDACProbePair


OVERVIEW

The IGDACProbePair interface provides access to probe pair data associated with an expression probe set.

Probe data from a CDF file only includes the X/Y coordinate, ProbeSetNumber and ProbePairNumber values. Other values such as intensity data are not available when the object is from the IGDACCDFFile object.

Intensity data from a CHP file are stored in scaled and normalized format. That is the intensity values from the CEL file are multiplied by the scale factor (SF) and the normalization factor (NF). This applies to the intensity values only, the standard deviation value is not scaled.
