Analysis Software (GSEQ) enables high-quality base calling and streamlined
data analysis supporting the variety of Affymetrix Resequencing Arrays.
Affymetrix® Genotyping Console™ is a new genotyping analysis software package designed to streamline whole-genome genotyping analysis and quality control for the Genome-Wide SNP Arrays 5.0 and 6.0.
Expression Console™ software supports probe set summarization and CHP file generation for both 3' expression (e.g., Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array) and exon arrays (e.g., Human Exon 1.0 ST Array). The Expression Console workflow provides the user with a choice of the more commonly used probe set summarization algorithms.
The Affymetrix® Tiling Analysis
Software enables analysis of GeneChip® Tiling Arrays, a new tool to
discover novel RNA transcripts or map sites of protein-DNA interaction.
