Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 5.0 is Released with Sample Data
The new
SNP 5.0 Array has been released. Please visit theSNP 5.0 Sample Data page to download data sets. Please note that SNP 5.0 CHP files are only produced by BRLMM Analysis Tool (BAT) 2.0 and not GTYPE. Furthermore SNP 5.0 CHP files are only available in AGCC formats and will require the latest version of the Fusion SDK to parse these files. SNP 5.0 Annotations are also available.
BRLMM Analysis Tool (BAT) 2.0 is Released
The Affymetrix® BRLMM Analysis Tool (BAT) 2.0 software package implements the BRLMM and BRLMM-P genotype-calling algorithms for the GeneChip® Human Mapping 100K and 500K Array Sets and Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 5.0, respectively. BRLMM (Bayesian Robust Linear Model with Mahalanobis distance classifier; pronounced “B-realm”) and BRLMM-P (perfect-match only) are evolutions of the RLMM genotype-calling algorithm [Rabbee and Speed, 2006].

Update of Fusion SDK
Fusion 1.09 release is available. This release of the Fusion SDK includes support for CHP files generated from the BRLMM Analysis Tool Version 2 software and the next generation of genotyping analysis software.
