The new OncoScan™ 2.0 Array offers enhanced coverage of tumor suppressors and oncogenes, analysis of whole-genome copy number changes, copy-neutral loss of heterozygosity (LOH), and somatic mutation detection*.

*Effective probe conversion and signal intensity has been demonstrated for ~400 somatic mutations. Functional validation has been conducted in some cases. Affymetrix does not extend general performance claims or guarantees related to somatic mutation performance in specific cancer types.
