Designed and optimized for use with the current GeneChip® System, the Affymetrix GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G Plus Targeted Genotyping (TG) System for custom and application-specific genotyping enables you to perform successful association studies with a targeted approach.

The Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 TG System for custom genotyping leverages proven Affymetrix GeneChip® technology, combined with MIP assay technology. This innovative assay addresses the challenges of a targeted approach by offering flexible multiplexing from 3,000 to 20,000 SNPs per individual assay, industry-leading conversion rates from database SNPs to functioning assays, and high-value SNP content. The Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 TG System enables the highest level of multiplexing that is commercially available.
