GSEQ 4.0 builds on the high-quality base calling and streamlined sequence analysis of GDAS 3.0
Affymetrix GeneChip® DNA Analysis Software (GDAS) 3.0 will continue to provide high-quality base calling and streamlined sequence analysis for GeneChip CustomSeq Resequencing Arrays until the launch of GSEQ 4.0.
