The Affymetrix Exon Array Computational Tool (ExACT) software package enables probe-level-analysis of Affymetrix exon arrays such as the GeneChip® Human Exon 1.0 ST Array. With the ExACT package researchers can:
- normalize exon array data
- compute exon level signal estimates and detection p-values
- compute gene-level signal estimates and detection p-values
- merge array results with textual annotations from NetAffx™
- generate expression graph files for visualization of exon array results within the Affymetrix Integrated Genome Browser (IGB)

ExACT versions available for download are listed below with the most recent release at the top. Note that multiple versions of ExACT can be installed simultaneously on the same computer.
