QC Toolbox Software Kit, Version 2.2 is an updated software tool that enables researchers to easily verify and calibrate performance of the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G. It was developed to provide users of the GeneChip Scanner 3000 series with an instrument calibration tool to assess scanner performance according to user-defined intervals.
QC Toolbox, Version 2.2 runs on the latest version of the embedded software installed on the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G and AutoLoader. You can download the 2.2 update, for use with the QC Toolbox Software Kit.
QC Toolbox allows the following GeneChip Scanner
3000 series performance tests and calibrations for each pixel resolution:
X-linearity
Arc Correction
Operational Parameters
Delayed Start to pre-program QC Toolbox to run anytime within
a 24-hour period. Set up to run before you arrive in the morning.
Display report for Pass/Fail Results on QC Toolbox performance.
Can be used for archiving and regulatory compliance requirements
Set for automatic calibration - option allows user to automatically
recalibrate scanner and skip prompt if calibration is require
