The GeneChip® CustomExpress® Array Program allows you to design GeneChip® brand expression arrays to study any genome.
The CustomExpress arrays are available in a variety of formats to accommodate content requirements, ranging from 1,600 to over 61,000 sequences per array. Researchers can specifically tailor the content of their arrays by selecting both the array size and information density.
Using high density 11µm features, arrays can be designed with up to 1.3 million unique oligonucleotides per array. This density enhancement affords nearly three times more content than previous generation 18 µm feature arrays. The probe density of 11µm arrays is exclusively supported by the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 and GeneChip® Operating Software with high-resolution upgrades.
