The Affymetrix GeneChip® Canine Genome Array can be used to study expression of over 21,700 transcripts of Canis familiaris. Sequence information for this array includes public content from GenBank (release 137.0, August 2003), dbEST (October 2003), and proprietary beagle sequence content licensed from LION bioscience AG. Purchasers of the array will have access to detailed sequence information via CD library files and through the online NetAffx™ Analysis Center.
