The next step is to prepare and submit your Purchase Order and
Design Files to Affymetrix.
Purchase Order
Your Affymetrix Account Manager will assist you in preparing a Purchase
Order for your CustomSeq
array design. Once received, Affymetrix Customer Service will review
the purchase order to verify that it is complete and may contact
your Purchasing Agent for any necessary clarifications. Once the
Purchase Order is complete, a confirmation message will be sent
to your Purchasing Agent.
PLEASE NOTE: Affymetrix Chip Design will not be able
to process your design without a Purchase Order.

GeneChip CustomSeq Design Guide (pdf, 250 KB).
Once your files are ready, you can use the Resequencing
DesignChecker application. to check your design for
errors and and submit your Design Files to Affymetrix Chip Design.
When Affymetrix Chip Design receives your Design Files, they will
send you a Design Received message, regardless of the
Purchase Order status.
Design Request Accepted
When both the completed Purchase Order and the Design Files have
been received, Affymetrix Chip Design will send you a Design
Request Accepted message. This message signifies that array
design will begin on your GeneChip CustomSeq array design.
