To begin your CustomSeq array design, contact your local Affymetrix Account Manager (or the Affymetrix Call Center) to discuss your idea for a custom array.

Your Affymetrix Account Manager will review your request with both your Affymetrix Field Application Specialist (FAS) and Affymetrix Chip Design to determine the appropriate array for your experimental needs. Next your Affymetrix Account Manager will provide you with information for submission of your purchase order and design files.
