Two Cycle Flow
Two-Cycle Target Labeling and Control Reagent packageには、total RNA 10～100 ngからターゲット調製を行うのに必要なすべての標識用およびコントロール用試薬が1つのパッケージとして含まれています。 このプロトコールは、精度が高く簡素化されており、出発材料の量に制限がある場合でも、GeneChipプラットフォームで高い成功率が得られるよう、至適化されています。
個々の試薬は単品でもお取り扱いしています。
完全に統合されたGeneChip発現解析用試薬製品群の一部として、GeneChip Tow-Cycle cDNA Synthesis Kitには次のような特長があります。
- 生体組織検査、レーザーキャプチャーマイクロダイセクション、フローサイトメトリーで得たサンプルのような、出発材料に制限のある解析への応用性を提供
- ターゲット標識がわずか2日半で完了する、実証済みで精度の高い簡素化されたプロトコールに基づく最適な結果
- １サイクル目のcDNA精製ステップは不要
- アルコール沈殿や遠心濃縮操作不要
- IVT標識反応はオーバーナイト
