GeneChip® Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit
GeneChip® Hybridization, Wash and Stain Kit には、GeneChip®ブランドの（カートリッジタイプ）を使った実験における、ハイブリダイゼーション、洗浄、染色のステップに必要なすべての試薬が含まれています。この試薬キットは、原核生物用アッセイ、真核生物用アッセイ、エクソン解析用アッセイのいずれにも対応しており、アッセイ後の標的サンプルをそのまま使用できます。
使いやすくするためにHybridization, Wash and Stain Kitの試薬はできるだけコンポーネントの数が少なくなるように構成されており、準備や手間がより低減します。キット内のほとんどの試薬が、すぐに使える溶液の状態で提供されています。
キットには、GeneChip® Fluidics Station 400または450を使用して、30枚のアレイを処理できるのに必要な良の、調製された試薬が含まれています。
