GeneChip® HT IVT Labeling Kit（MEGAscript®試薬を用いたin vitro転写）は、GeneChip®ブランドアレイのターゲット調製を自動化するGeneChip® Array Station で使用するため、IVT（in vitro転写）、増幅、ビオチン標識用に設計されています。

T7プロモーター配列を含む二本鎖cDNAは、GeneChip® HT One-Cycle cDNA Synthesis Kit を用いて生成され、テンプレートとして使用されます。

発現解析用に完全に統合されたGeneChip試薬製品ラインの一部として、GeneChip HT IVT Labeling Kitには次のメリットがあります。

    MEGAscript®試薬（Ambion）とのIVT反応で、特許技術の合成ビオチン標識ヌクレオチド類似体を利用し、高いcRNA収量と定量的な取り込み効率を実現
