GeneChip® Globin-Reduction RNA Controls

このキットはポジティブコントロールのRNAサンプルおよびネガティブコントロールのRNAサンプルの両方を含んでおり、これらのコントロールRNAをGeneChip® Blood RNA　Concentration Kit（製品コード 900585）と共に使用することで、グロビン低減処理の効果を確認することができます。

Globin-Reduction RNA Controlsには以下の2種類のRNAが含まれています。

試薬名 内容
Jurkat RNA グロビンmRNAをほとんど含まないJurkat細胞から精製しており、全血の白血球画分から精製したRNAのコントロールとして使用できます。
Jurkat + Globin RNA このコントロールRNAは、上記のJurkat RNAにin vitroで合成されたポリアデニル化グロビン転写産物を加えたコントロールです。
Jurkat + Globin RNAコントロールは、分画していない全血 から精製したRNAのモデルになります。

キットには、Jurkat RNAおよびJurkat + Globin RNAがそれぞれ6反応分ずつ、合計12反応分が含まれています。

推奨するグロビン低減コントロールと予想される結果については、下表をご覧ください。

4 Yes 2 3 Optimal GeneChip array results similar to those obtained using the Jurkat RNA control are expected. This reaction is used to demonstrate the increase in assay sensitivity due to the globin reduction procedure.
