GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit にはGeneAtlas SystemでAffymetrix® 3' IVT Array Stripを処理するための調製済み溶液が含まれています。試薬は、最小限のコンポーネント数にし、調製操作を減らしました。高性能で、より少なくなった試薬、簡便なプロトコールで、ターゲットの調製がこれまでになく容易になっています。
GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kitは2箱で構成されています。１つの箱には、4アレイのストリップを15ストリップ処理できる量のハイブリダイゼーション用試薬と染色用試薬が入っています。ハイブリダイゼーション用試薬には、ターゲットを加えた、ハイブリダイゼーションカクテルを調整するために必要な溶液が入っています。染色用試薬には、Stain Cocktail 1 and 3、Stain Cocktail 2、ならびにArray Holding Bufferが入っています。これらの溶液は、GeneAtlas Systemでアレイを処理する時に使用します。
もう１つの箱にはWash Buffer AとWash Buffer Bが入っています。これらもアレイの処理に必要です。Wash Buffer AとBは4アレイのストリップを15ストリップ処理できる量です。
Stain Cocktail 1 and 3、Stain Cocktail 2、Array Holding Buffer、ならびにWash Buffer AとWash Buffer Bはそのまま使用することができます。 ハイブリダイゼーションカクテルは1.3 X Hybridization Mix とヌクレアーゼフリーの水と、GeneAtlas用 3' IVT Express ターゲットラベリングアッセイで調製したターゲットを混合して調製します。
GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kitは必ず2～8° Cで保存してください。
