GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit for WT Array Stripsには、GeneAtlasTM Systemで全転写物（WT）アレイストリップを処理するための調製済み試薬が含まれています。

GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit for WT Array Stripsは2箱梱包です。1つの箱には15アレイストリップ（60アレイ）を処理するのに十分な量のハイブリダイゼーションと染色の関連コンポーネントが入っています。ハイブリダイゼーションコンポーネントには、ターゲットを含むハイブリダイゼーションカクテルの調製に必要な溶液が含まれています。染色コンポーネントには、Stain Cocktail 1 および 3、Stain Cocktail 2とArray Holding Bufferが入っています。これらの溶液はGeneAtlas Systemを用いてアレイ処理するときに使用します。
もう1つの箱にはWash Buffer AとWash Buffer Bが入っています。これらもアレイ処理の際に必要です。Wash Buffer AとBは共に15アレイストリップ（60アレイ）を処理することができる量が入っています。Stain Cocktail 1 および 3、Stain Cocktail 2、Array Holding BufferとWash Buffers AおよびBはready-to-useですぐにご使用いただける溶液です。ハイブリダイゼーションカクテルは、WTアレイストリップ用のプトロコルで調製したHybridization Mix、WTターゲットラベリングアッセイで調製したターゲットとを混ぜて調製します。
GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit for WT Array Stripsは、常時2～8℃で貯蔵する必要があります。
