Synthesis Kit
GeneChip® Two-Cycle cDNA Synthesis KitはGeneChipのターゲット標識用として独自に作られ、品質管理テストされたキットです。このキットは、totalRNA 10~100ng から、T7プロモーター配列を含む2本鎖cDNAの合成を2サイクル行うために必要なすべての試薬が1箱になっている、便利なキットです。
合成されたcDNAはその後精製することによって、相補RNA（cRNA）の増幅、およびGeneChip®アレイへのハイブリダイズ用ビオチン標識のための、次のin vitro転写反応（IVT）の鋳型となります。
