GeneChip® One-Cycle cDNA Synthesis KitはGeneChipのターゲット標識用として独自に作られ、品質管理テストされたキットです。このキットは、total RNA 1～15 μgまたはmRNA 0.2～2 μg から、T7プロモーター配列を含む2本鎖cDNAの合成を行うために必要なすべての試薬が1箱になっている、便利なキットです。
合成されたcDNAはその後精製することによって、相補RNA（cRNA）の増幅、およびGeneChipÒアレイへのハイブリダイズ用ビオチン標識のための、次のin vitro転写反応（IVT）の鋳型となります。
完全に統合されたGeneChip® 発現解析用試薬製品群の一部として、GeneChip® One-Cycle cDNA Synthesis Kitには次のような特長があります。
- 実証済みで精度の高い簡素化されたプロトコールに基づく最適な結果
- インビトロジェン社の逆転写反応用SuperScript™ II による一貫した性能
