GeneTitan™

GeneTitan™ システム製品ラインナップと実績のあるGeneChip® アレイプレートが、遺伝子発現のモニタリングやゲノムワイドなSNPジェノタイピング用にハンズフリーの自動化ソリューションとして、Affymetrixから他者に先駆けてご提供いたします。

GeneTitan システムとGeneTitan Multi-Channel （MC）システムは、ハイブリダイゼーションオーブン、フルイディクスプロセッサー、最先端のイメージングデバイスを１台のベンチトップ型の装置に統合することにより、ターゲットハイブリダイゼーションからデータ生成までのアレイ処理を自動化しています。

GeneTitan MCのイメージングデバイスは、追加の高輝度キセノンランプと２つの励起フィルターと２つのエミッションフィルターを使用して、ゲノムワイドな遺伝子発現およびジェノタイピング研究用に、画像をアレイプレートから取得します。

シングルチャネルのGeneTitanに搭載されたイメージングデバイスは、内蔵型LEDと１つのエミッションフィルターを使用して、ゲノムワイドな遺伝子発現プロファイル用に、データを業界最高レベルの発現アレイプレートから取得します。

GeneTitanのシステム製品ラインナップは、ユーザーの介入を最小限に抑え、大規模サンプルの無人並行処理を夜間も行えるようにすることによって、技術者１人あたりのスループットおよび研究室の生産性を最高レベルにまで高めます。他に類のないハンズフリーオートメーションによって、一貫したデータの再現性と生産性の向上が可能になり、またデータの取得・管理にかける時間を研究に振り向けることができます。
