GeneChip® S. pombe Tiling 1.0FR Arrayは、汎用性の高い全ゲノム研究用ツールです。

アレイプロフィール

GeneChip® S. pombe Tiling 1.0FR Array は、新規転写産物の同定や、クロマチン免疫沈降（ChIP）実験によるタンパク質／DNA相互作用部位のマッピング、その他の全ゲノムを対象とする実験のためにデザインされた製品です。

このアレイは、1アレイ上にSchizosaccharomyces pombe  pombe の全ゲノム配列に対する120万以上のパーフェクトマッチ／ミスマッチプローブペアを含んでいます。染色体1～3とテロメアクローンの配列情報は、Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (2004年9月)に由来します。

各プローブは、ゲノム両鎖に対し、隣接するオリゴ(25mer) の中心塩基間距離で平均20bpの分解能でタイリングされています。隣接するプローブは約5bpが重なっています。
