GeneChip® Soybean Genome Arrayは、 37,500 以上の大豆（Glycine max ）転写産物の発現解析が可能なアレイです。またこのアレイには、大豆研究において重要な 2種類の病原体の研究に役立つ転写産物が含まれています。具体的には、 7,500 の Heterodera glycines（嚢胞線虫病原体）転写産物、および約 15,800 のPhytophthora sojae（大豆作に通常影響を与える水生菌類）転写産物が含まれています。

Soybean Genome Array は Soybean Research Community とのコラボレーションにより、 Affymetrix® GeneChip Consortia Program の一環としてデザインされました。
