Rat genome U34セットは、3つのGeneChipアレイで構成され、UniGeneデータベース (Build 34) に基づく、24,000以上のmRNA転写物とESTクラスターを検出するプローブセットを載せています。

セット中のAアレイは約7,000の全長配列と約1,000のESTクラスターを検出します。BアレイとCアレイはそれぞれ、約8,000のESTクラスターを検出します。Rat Toxicology U34アレイとRat Neurobiology U34アレイで検出できる全配列は、このセットのAアレイでも検出できます。
