GeneChip® P. aeruginosa Genome Arrayは、P. aeruginosa (緑膿菌)の転写制御プロセスや抗菌剤応答のモニターとして最適なツールです。このアレイは、P. aeruginosa PA01株のアノテーション付けされたゲノムシークエンスを基に、5,549のタンパク質をコードするシークエンス、18tRNA遺伝子、リボゾームRNAクラスターを搭載し、更にPA01株以外の株に存在する遺伝子117個を搭載しています。

その上、600塩基対を上回る全遺伝子間領域に相当するプローブセット119個も搭載しました。今回選択したプローブは、既存のヒト遺伝子データベースでシークエンスホモロジーからスクリーニングしたものです。
