Mouse Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate をご利用いただくと、

サンプルあたり 28,000 以上の遺伝子発現を遺伝子全体にわたって測定可能です。
転写産物ごとに複数の独立した測定値を用いることにより、正確で再現性の高いデータを取得します。

Mouse Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate は、770,000 以上の異なるプローブを用いて、十分にアノテーション付けられた遺伝子 28,000 以上を調べます。Mouse Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate のデザインは、以下の情報源から得られる配列および遺伝子アノテーションに基づくものです。

2006 年 2月公開のマウスゲノム配列 (UCSC mm8, NCBI build 36)
RefSeq NM (curated と provisional で predicted の配列は含まない) mRNA 配列 (19,719 個の配列) 。2007年4月3日現在
GenBank® のタンパク質をコードする完全長mRNA (35,257 個の配列) 。2006年11月13日現在
マウス Ensembl 転写産物。2007年4月3日現在 (35,882 個の転写産物)
ヒト (68,820 個の配列) およびラット (20,409 個の配列) からのシンテニーマッピングされた完全長ｍRNA とRefSeq NM
