Affymetrix® Human Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate は、業界標準 GeneChip® Human Gene 1.0 ST Array と同じコンテンツを用いて、一度に16、24、または96サンプルのハイスループットの発現プロファイリングを可能にします。

The Human Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate をご使用いただくと、

サンプルあたり 28,000 以上の遺伝子発現を遺伝子全体にわたって測定可能です。
転写産物ごとに複数の独立した測定値を用いることにより、正確で再現性の高いデータを取得できます。

3' アレイよりも高精度
- 転写産物ごとに複数の独立した測定値を使用し、結果の信頼性を向上させます。
- 3' ベースのマイクロアレイに比べて、各遺伝子座の全転写活性をより完全に正確に観察できます。
アノテーション付きのゲノムを完全にカバー
- 各アレイには、28,000 以上の遺伝子を調べる750,000 以上の独自の 25 mer のオリゴヌクレオチドプローブが搭載されています。

コンテンツの概要

Human Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate は、750,000 以上の異なるプローブを用いて、十分にアノテーション付けられた遺伝子28,000 以上を調べます。Human Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate のデザインは、2006年3月 (UCSC hg18, NCBI Build 36) のヒトゲノム配列アセンブリに基づき、 RefSeq, Ensembl, および推定される完全 CDS の GenBank® 転写産物を包括的にカバーしています。Human Gene 1.1 ST Array Plate は、Refseq データベース中の配列の 99％以上をカバーしています。
