Human Genome U133A 2.0 Arrayはヒト遺伝子14,500の解析用アレイで、生物学研究や疾病過程についての研究に利用可能です。新しいデザインと、プローブセルサイズの縮小により、従来のHG-U133アレイと同様の高性能を維持し、よりいっそう少量のサンプルで解析することができます。

1枚のアレイで、ヒトゲノム遺伝子の転写産物を網羅的にカバーします。
14,500のヒト遺伝子を含めた18,400個の転写産物やそのバリアントの発現レベルを解析します。
約50万種類のオリゴヌクレオチドからなる、22,000個以上のプローブセットが搭載されています。
この強力なプローブセットをツールとしてすれば、１つの転写産物に対して複数の独立した測定が行えます。複数のプローブを用いることで、あらゆるマイクロアレイプラットフォームの中でも非常に高精度でしかも再現性の良い解析結果が得られます。
GeneChip Human Genome U133A 2.0 Arrayには、旧製品GeneChip Human Genome U133A Arrayに搭載されていた全プローブセットが同一のデザインのまま搭載されています。

アレイプロフィール

アレイのデザインに使用しているシークエンスは、GenBank®、dbEST、RefSeqより選別されました。配列クラスターは、UniGeneデータベース(Build 133, 2001年4月20日)をもとに作製されていますが、その他の入手可能な多数の公開されているデータベースとの比較や解析により、さらに精度が高められています。データベースとしては、ワシントン大学EST trace repository、カリフォルニア大学サンタクルーズ校Golden-Path ヒトゲノムデータベース(2001年4月公開)などが使用されています。

解析に必要な機器およびソフトウェア

*2003年9に出荷された、502で始まるシリアル番号のGeneChip® Scanner 3000は、すべて高解像度タイプのGCS3000です。501で始まるシリアル番号の旧バージョンスキャナーをお持ちの方は、HG-U133A 2.0 Arrayを解析する際には、高解像度タイプへのアップデートが必要です。GCS3000スキャナーの高解像度タイプへのアップデートについては、弊社までお問合せください。また、GeneArray® 2500 Scannerをお持ちのお客様は、GCS3000へのアップグレードが必要となります。別途ご相談ください。
