Human Genome Focus Arrayには、NCBI RefSeq データベース由来の十分に検証された8,500以上のヒトシークエンスに対応するプローブセットが搭載されています。また、Focus Arrayに搭載されているプローブセットおよびノーマライゼーション遺伝子はすべてHuman Genome U133A Array上に搭載されています。
