GeneChip® Drosophila Genome 2.0 Arrayは、ショウジョウバエ（Drosophila melanogaster）転写産物の発現解析研究に用いられるマイクロアレイツールです。

約18,500個の転写産物を18,800のプローブセットで解析
高性能のバイオインフォマティクス・ツールである NetAffx™ Analysis Center にアクセスすれば生物学的に意義のある結果を即座に入手可能

アレイプロフィール

GeneChip Drosophila Genome 2.0 Arrayのデザインに使用された塩基配列は、Flybase version 3.1から選択した配列に由来しています。

各対応配列に相補的なオリゴヌクレオチドプローブは、in situでアレイ上に合成しています。14対のオリゴヌクレオチドプローブを用いて、GeneChip® Drosophila Genome 2.0 Array上の各配列に対応する転写レベルを測定します。

解析に必要な機器およびソフトウェア

* 2003年9月以降に出荷された、502で始まるシリアル番号のGeneChip® Scanner 3000は、すべて高解像度タイプのGCS3000です。501で始まるシリアル番号の旧バージョンスキャナーをお持ちの方は、Rat Genome 230 2.0 Arrayを解析する際には、高解像度タイプへのアップデートが必要です。GCS3000スキャナーの高解像度タイプへのアップデートについては、弊社までお問合せください。また、GeneArray® 2500 Scannerをお持ちのお客様は、GCS3000へのアップグレードが必要となります。別途ご相談ください。
