このプローブセットの選択に使用したシークエンス情報は、サンガーセンターが2000年12月5日付けで公表したデータベース、およびGenBank®リリースrelease121に基づいています。アフィメトリクス社では、アノテーションの質を高める目的で、機能的側面から全塩基配列の再アノテーションを実施しました。
