QuantiGene ViewRNA Assays

QuantiGene^® ViewRNA Assays enable you to visualize and quantify multiplex mRNA expression at the single-transcript/single-cell level for a wide variety of applications in research and industry.

With these two new assays—a multiplex, in situ assay for cultured cells and a single-plex assay for tissue samples—you can incorporate in situ gene expression assays for your targets of interest in about a week. The high-content data, coupled with commercial imaging software, delivers a wealth of new information and allows you to associate quantitative gene expression within the context of the cell's morphology, reliably detect rare transcripts within a subset of the cell population, and localize RNA molecule trafficking.
