VeriQuest Real-Time qPCR Master Mixes

USB VeriQuest qPCR Master Mixes - available in SYBR® Green or Probe - offer simply greater performance for all you qPCR needs. Quality results from both standard and fast cycling qPCR are attainable with our optimized master mix formulation. VeriQuest master mixes contain all components necessary for real-time PCR reactions in a pre-measured and often single-tube formulation. Simply add DNA template, primers, and water, and the reactions are ready for cycling.

The proprietary reaction buffer, which includes UDG for carry-over contamination prevention, and VeriQuest Taq Polymerase enhance qPCR amplification by reducing primer-dimer formation and non-template priming. These features increase specificity and sensitivity for consistent performance.
