Release of NetAffx NA35 !

The bioinformatics pipelines for assigning annotations for the NetAffx Gene and Exon Expression products have been overhauled in order to provide higher quality annotations. The result has been even more reliable coverage for the probe sets, eliminating false positive results.

This release also incorporates updated biological annotations for transcripts, gene symbols, OMIM, Gene Ontology and over a score of other data sources. For the genotyping products, this release incorporates chrMT (build NC_012920), dbSNP142, and allele frequencies from the 1000 Genomes Project.

Stay tuned for annotation updates to the model organisms expression arrays, and an update to the Expression Array Comparison Tool!
