Welcome to the Affymetrix Axiom® Design Center, which enables you to quickly select and configure a custom Axiom® myDesign Array for your genotyping studies. You can choose from the 11 million common and rare markers in the Axiom® Genomic Database and/or submit your own sequence information.
Axiom® myDesign™ Arrays
Axiom® myDesign™ Array Plates are available in two formats and are fully customizable panels that can be optimized with the most relevant genomic markers for your genome-wide association, replication, fine mapping, and candidate gene studies. Choose from our database of more than 11 million markers or submit your own sequences to create an array with 1,500 to 2.6 million SNPs.
