1) That RNA present in our sample paired to the DNA probe on the array
2) That because A pairs with T, and C pairs with G, the DNA sequence in the original food sample is TAGTAC.
3) And because TAGTAC sequence could only come from goose DNA, then there must be goose in our sample. |
