The Affymetrix Core Lab Program is a tiered system, based on annual array usage.

All core labs begin on the Bronze level. Once you are part of the Core Lab Program, you will receive a Core Lab Identifier Code, which should be included on all orders placed with Affymetrix.
At the end of each subscription year, your array usage will be reviewed and you will be promoted accordingly for the following year's subscription period.
Statements
You will receive regular statements detailing all of your purchases from Affymetrix and the number of free arrays you have redeemed.
Subscription Renewal Reminders
Two months before your subscription expires, you will receive a statement that includes the following information:

The exact date when your subscription will expire
•
The number of free arrays left in your subscription period
•
The number of arrays you need to purchase to be promoted to the next level
