This kit contains four exogenous, pre-mixed, poly-adenylated prokaryotic controls that are spiked directly into RNA samples before target labeling.
Their resultant signal intensities on GeneChip® brand arrays serve as sensitive indicators of the labeling reaction efficiency, independent from starting sample quality.
Optimized for the GeneChip Expression Platform
This kit is designed and quality controlled specifically for GeneChip brand arrays and can be used in both the One- and Two-Cycle Target Labeling Assays.
